1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded via the online store www.bygge.store (hereinafter "Shop") between the Shop Operator bygge GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") and customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
2 Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The contract between the Customer and the Operator is concluded when the Customer places an order in the Shop and this is confirmed by the Operator.
2.2 The Customer places an order by completing the ordering process in the store. The operator confirms the receipt of the order immediately by e-mail. This order confirmation does not yet represent an acceptance of the offer.
2.3 The contract is only concluded when the operator accepts the customer's order. The acceptance takes place through the shipment of the ordered goods.
3 Prices and Terms of Payment
3.1 The prices at the time of the order are valid. The prices are in Euro and include the legal value added tax.
3.2 The customer can choose between the payment methods offered in the store. The operator reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.
3.3 Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price within 7 days after conclusion of the contract.
4 Delivery and Shipping Costs
4.1 The delivery takes place within Germany.
4.2 The delivery time is usually 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. The operator strives to meet the delivery time, but can not guarantee it.
4.3 The shipping costs are 4.99 EUR per order. From an order value of 100 EUR, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
5. Right of Withdrawal

6 Warranty
6.1 The operator guarantees that the delivered goods are free of material defects and defects of title.
6.2.1 In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to demand subsequent performance. The operator is entitled to choose the type of supplementary performance.
6.2.2 If the supplementary performance fails, the customer may, at his option, demand a reduction of the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
6.2.3 The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.
7 Limitation of Liability
7.1 The operator is liable for damages caused by him, his legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence.
7.2 Liability for simple negligence is excluded, unless it is a matter of injury to life, body or health or a material contractual obligation has been breached.
7.3 Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
8. Data Protection
8.1 The Operator undertakes to comply with the statutory provisions on data protection.
8.2 The customer's personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the contractual relationship and will not be passed on to third parties.
8.3 The customer has the right to request information about the data stored about him at any time and, if necessary, to request correction or deletion of the data.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9.2 If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship shall be the registered office of the operator.
9.3 Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid or unenforceable provision, the statutory provision shall apply.
